August will visit to ensure the house and garden are clean and tidy and the dog is groomed and in suitable condition ready to sit. This includes any flea treatment and reasonable length nails. Gardens must be clear from all toilet before the start begins. If these conditions are not complied with, you risk losing your booking and will only receive a 50% refund. 

You will be friendly,  kind and accommodating towards August. If you would like to raise dispute, please do so through the form provided here.

Requirements:

• you will ensure that the bed is made up with clean bedding ready for the sit

• you will ensure there are enough cleaning products available for the duration of the sit

• you will ensure there are enough sanitary products available for the duration of the sit

Requirements:

• your dogs will be groomed as close to the job start date as possible for a 1 week period or more

• your pets will have nails of suitable length for the duration of the sit

• your pets will be wormed accordingly and treated with flea treatment according to cover the duration of the sit

Dog Sitting Cancellations

• once you have paid for your booking you have until 09:00, 28 days before your booking is due to start to request a refund. If you request a refund after 12:00 on the last day then a 20% charge will be taken

• you may pay a (non-refundable) 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of your booking will be due by 09:00, 28 days before the booking start date

• if you make a cancellation after 09:00, 7 days before your booking starts, you will receive a partial refund of 50%

• if you make a cancellation after 09:00 48 hours before your booking start date, you will charged at full rate and receive no refund

• if the job is booked and the plans change after the start date, you will not receive a refund

Dog Training Cancellations

If You Pet Passes

August will visit to ensure the house and garden are clean and tidy and the dog is groomed and in suitable condition ready to sit. This includes any flea treatment and reasonable length nails. Gardens must be clear from all toilet before the start begins. If these conditions are not complied with, you risk losing your booking and will only receive a 50% refund. 

Vets

• you will inform the neighbours of my stay and request they keep an eye out in case something happens to me

• you will provide 2 emergency contacts of which are available in case there is an issue. Please ensure they keep their phone on at night

• you will provide daytime vets details

• you will provide emergency vets details and the minimum cost that is required

• you will ensure your emergency contact has permission to take the pet to the vets if needs be and cover the costs

• bites are an immediate dismissal. Your emergency contact will be called to care for the dog and  and you will not receive a refund of any form

Please be understanding if I fall ill. I am a one woman show and do my best.

• if I cancel your booking at short notice due to illness, you will be given the 3 chances to rebook

• if we are unable to come to a conclusion with your booking, you will receive a ful refund

We have a zero tolerance policy at Just Pets. Any form of inappropriate or unlawful behaviour will result in an immediate dismissal and no refund will be given. We may record conversations and calls.
